At just £3 per meeting it's an affordable group for you where I will offer my skills to enhance your well-being, where you can have as much or as little input into the group as you feel comfortable with - NO SELF DISCLOSURE NECESSARY
This is a lovely informal supportive group, you don't have to be able to attend every week, many people dip in and out around life and work commitments and always feel welcomed when they can come along.
Topics covered; 1. Stress Management 2. Improving communication skills 3. Recognising emotion cycles 4. Improving life with positive skills 5. Changing bad habits 6. Motivation for life skills 7. Building Confidence and Self esteem 8. Managing your Temper.
These are just examples but there is a suggestion box at the group where you can suggest topics you want to see covered.
